Superhuman Jacked Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (beginner strength) with 6-8 oz. of water, or 2 scoops (Alpha strength with 12-14 oz. of water, 30-45 minutes before training. This is a jacked scoop size, so be sure to use more water than usual for optimal mixability.
