Mass Phorm Mass Gainer

If mixed properly the vanilla milkshake flavor tastes absolutely awesome! The chocolate milkshake one is good, but not really outstanding. The problem I had with this gainer was mixing. I don't use water for my proteins only milk so that adds to the problem. Even mixing a full 4-scoop serving to 32 ounces of milk and blending it in a blender makes it overly thick and just way too much to drink in one sitting. This is with 2% milk, btw. To combat this, I decided to divide up my daily serving into 3 shakes. Yes, a bit of a hassle but is probably better in the long run because you're getting around 30 grams of protein per shake. What I do is mix a heaping scoop in about 16 oz of milk 3 times daily. This gives it the right consistency and makes the vanilla taste outstanding. Of course, this is just me and your mileage may vary. You make like much thicker shakes. Oh, and I tried the label directions of 4 scoops in 16-20 ounces.... lol. Who came up with that?! It was like a thick pudding. Better double that. Good stuff if you can dilute it properly and ignore the bogus directions. Okay, well, maybe they were using water instead milk.... :)
