I use it during prep and it really gets the job done

This product really does work with proper diet and exercise. Only issue I had with it is that it burns a little going down. I recommend taking it with a sugar free seltzer water. Something with carbonated. Helps it go down smoother.

I take one cap twice a day. Gives me lots of energy and focus as well as helps to curb my appetite. I am down 10ths with my first bottle. Works great with healthy eating and exercise.

Very good clean energy without any jitters, will definitely stick with these.
