Drinking my protein prior to bed, I wanted to try a slow digesting protein - casein. Rule 1 had a solid price so decided to try the Vanilla Creme flavor. Flavor took some getting used to, but it mixes fairly well and fills me up prior to bed so I don't snack. Would purchase again, but would try a different flavor.
