To say that Shogun is strong is an understatement. Take 2-4 capsules in the morning with breakfast or before fasted cardio or workout. Full serving is 4 capsules, however Anarchy Labs recommends you start with 1-2 capsules to assess your tolerance. DO NOT EXCEED 4 CAPSULES IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD.
