Suggested Use When Used To Supplement Protein Intake: Mix one (1) scoop with 8 -10 ounces of cold water, 20 minutes prior to exercise or competition, and immediately after. Drink one to two (1-2) servings three (3) to six (6) times daily. For best results always drink one to two (1-2) serving(s) 20 minutes prior to exercise or competition, and immediately after. Athletes may drink up to two (2) servings per use, up to six (6) times daily, at least two (2) hours apart. HumaPro® may be enjoyed with meals to improve nutrient partitioning potential.

Before using this product, seek advice from your physician, pharmacist and/or doctor. Do not use if you have had any previous health condition, to include but not limited to: high or low blood pressure; cardiac arrhythmia; stroke; heart, liver or kidney disease; seizure disorder; thyroid disease; psychiatric disease; diabetes; difficulties from enlarged prostate or if you are taking MAO inhibitor or any prescription or over-the-counter medications. Do not exceed recommended dosage or take with alcohol. Ensure you properly hydrate before taking and after taking this product and during exercise. Do not take if dehydrated or in conditions of excessive heat. If you experience difficulty breathing, chest pains or any other health-related issue or adverse reaction while taking this product, discontinue use and consult your healthcare professional immediately.
