This is a fantastic way to start out my day. However, I do lower the dosage to anywhere from 3-5 depending on how much of a rush I want to feel. I think it's a great way to start the day though, it helps with clarity and productivity and even as a starter for workouts.
I’m a newer stim user, but decided that 1 scoop would be fine as a first time. DONT DO THIS IF YOU’RE NEW TO HIGHER STIMS!! My heart was pounding even during tests but I felt strong and kept going on sets and weight, even if I was shaking (leg day). I dropped down to half a scoop but may up it a tiny bit. Very solid pre though
I stack Alpha Lion Burn with other supplements 15-20 minutes before the start of my workouts. You get a good sweat and burn calories. Shred Beery flavor great taste.
