DIRECTIONS & DOSAGE
It's recommended to take 2 tablets per day, one in the morning, and one in the afternoon. It's best to take Lipodrene Elite on an empty stomach. Start with one tablet at a time twice per day to assess tolerance. You can take up to 4 tablets per day, however do not exceed 4 tablets per day.
